From rainmaker to market maker
You have expertise and people who respect it. You want to enter a new market, deepen customer relationships, build partnerships, or make referrals more intentional. Becoming the convener gives you a way to bring those people together around a purpose.
The cost of another vague gathering can be weeks of preparation, a guest list with no shared reason to be there, and promising conversations that never become a next meeting. Here, you work on the business behind the room.
Define what needs to move, who belongs, and why they would care. Shape the concept, format, guest criteria, and invitation.
Design the flow, norms, questions, and signature moment. Practice leading participation and making a useful ask.
Connect the room to your offers, introductions, referrals, and partnerships. Name the next steps, owners, and measures.
Your working plan
You develop and lead your own experience, with feedback on the plan. Venue, hospitality, production, and guest outreach remain with you or your team.

The method in use
Nicki developed her experience inside the Rare Rooms™ cohort, then refined it through private coaching. Her Washington National Opera experience sold out.
A September 24 Pinnacle Powered™ fundraising experience at Field & Main brought together 30 guests and raised $20,000 in support of Washington National Opera.
Donna developed The Presence Room inside the cohort and refined it through private coaching. Her experience sold out.
These examples show the method being applied by other leaders, with continued private support where their work required it.
$5 million in business moved. The owned experiences demonstrate how curated relationships, useful asks, and follow-through can create commercial movement.
That is evidence of the method in practice. Cohort participants build toward their own goals; a specific revenue, attendance, or deal outcome is not guaranteed.

Investment + timing
The same seat price applies to founders, independent experts, and company-funded participants. The founding beta price was $1,555.
The next open cohort dates will be set when at least six interested participants can share a schedule. The cohort runs once six seats are enrolled. Request details to discuss timing and fit. Your inquiry does not reserve or charge for a seat; dates and enrollment terms are confirmed before payment.
